What you’ll need for 3 people:

5 tbs Chia seeds

3 tbs Brazil nut flour

300ml Brazil nut milk

2 tbs agave nectar

Pulp of half a vanilla pod

Grated rind of a lime

Fresh fruit, dried fruits, coconut chips

  1. Mix Chia seeds and Brazil nut flour, while mixing in the Brazil nut milk with the agave syrup.
  2.  To taste, add the pulp of half a vanilla pod with the grated rind of half a lime, a dash of cinnamon or grated tonka bean.
  3. Fill three bowls and let them soak in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit and coconut chips.

Tip: It goes without saying, that you are free to experiment with other spices like cinnamon or tonka bean. With a little patience, you can use fruits to create a wonderfully, layered dessert.
