For online sales TodaVida collects and uses personal data of the user in order to ensure the proper processing of the sales and delivery process of the products.

TodaVida also collects information on whether the user has taken note of the obligatory information on which online sales are based and the existence of a right of revocation. TodaVida uses this information from the user to prove compliance with legal requirements. This step also serves to check the accuracy of the data.

If you have any questions, we offer you the possibility to contact us via one of the forms provided on this website.
The following information is required in order for us to know who sent the request and to answer it:

  • Salutation

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). We may use cookies on our site. Cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your terminal device when you visit our site. The cookie is used to store information that is related to the specific device you are using. This does not, however, mean that we will immediately become aware of your identity.

However, the acceptance of cookies is not necessary to execute our online services.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created.

The use of cookies serves on the one hand to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages on our website. These are automatically deleted when you leave our site.

We also use temporary cookies, which are stored on your end device for a specific period of time, to optimize user-friendliness. If you visit our site again, it is automatically recognized that you have already been with us and which inputs and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.

Finally, we use cookies to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.

Comments and contributions

When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the security of the provider, if someone writes illegal content in comments and contributions (insults, forbidden political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider himself can be prosecuted for the comment or contribution and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

It may happen that contents of third parties, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) use the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the contents. However, we have no influence on whether the third party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.
